Summary
Baby Hertz does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you create in the app stays on your iPhone.

Data we collect
None. Baby Hertz does not include analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not send your information to us or to third parties.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your settings (your child’s age range and, if you add them, their name and date of birth; language, voice, favorites, timers), your sleep log, reminders, sound mixes and the recordings you make. This information is stored only on your iPhone. It may be included in your device backups (for example, iCloud Backup) according to your own Apple settings, which are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes this information.
Microphone
Baby Hertz uses the microphone only when you choose to: (1) to record your voice in “Sing at home”, which is saved only on your iPhone; and (2) if you turn on the optional crying detection (“Hertz listens” / “Hertz keeps watch”). In that case, sound is analyzed in real time on your iPhone with Apple’s built-in sound recognition; nothing is recorded, saved or sent anywhere. You can deny or remove microphone access at any time in your iPhone Settings.
Notifications and alarms
Reminders and alarms are created and delivered locally by iOS on your device. We do not use push notification servers.
Purchases
Baby Hertz is a one-time purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Children
Baby Hertz is designed for parents and caregivers. It does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under data protection laws such as the GDPR, you have rights over your personal data. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete; all app data is under your control on your device. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
